Das Anwesen befindet sich ländlicher Gegend unmittelbar an der Route Rio-Bahia. Die privatisierte Schnellstrasse BR116 ist in bestem Zustand. Ab unserem Eingangstor neben einer Tankstelle mit Garage führt der Weg auf Erdstrasse um einen Hügel zum Haupthaus in einen kleinen Talkessel. Somit ist man abgeschieden und doch in unmittelbarer Nähe einer Autostrasse und Tankstelle. Das Haupthaus mit Schwimmbad, Sauna , Massageraum, Atelier, Garage , Veranda mit rustikaler Küche und ein Depothaus (das leicht in ein bewohnbares Haus zurückverwandelt werden kann) liegt an erhöhtem Punkt des Geländes mit herrlichem Ausblick talwärts. Die Gästehäuser liegen ca. 10 Meter tiefer neben dem grossen Gemüsegarten mit Gerätehäuschen. Die drei Ställe ( ein renovierter Kuhstall mit kleiner Käserei, Kleintierstall verwandelbar z.B.in Pferdeboxen,1 Hangar 68x10m )fügen sich bestens in die Landschaft ein und sind in Sichtdistanz vom Haupthaus. Spazierwege führen durch das ganze Gelände, vorbei an einer Bromeliensammlung zum Stausee. Die Angestelltenhäuser liegen ausser Sicht-und Höhrdistanz vom Haupthaus. Dazu gehören biologisch bewirtschaftete Bananenpflanzungen, Orangen und Zitronenbäume, Avocados und viele andere heimische Fruchtbäume und Sträucher. Eine kleine Orchideensammlung gehört dazu. Mindestens 42 heimische Vögel kann man täglich beobachten. Ein Naturparadies!

h. acquisition not interested, but about spouses, relatives or other caregivers.
i. In-causality as sufficient for claim in business with EFG-community partners.
j. Transactions within 3 years. The period begins on the date of the offer.
Commission rate: is indicated per offer / contract information and adapted to country-specific. In some countries, free of commission. Payment of fees is due 10 days from receipt of invoice.
Various: agreements and assurances, which differ from the terms must be in writing. Of performance and jurisdiction is the EfG seat.
